$50 Electric Deposit | Electric is metered month to month by management from the 1st to the 1st of each month at .15 per kWh
Guests must have a valid credit card on file that will be charged the monthly electric cost within the 1st week of each month for electric.
$150 deposit is required for all seasonal reservations. An Additional $30 will be charged to reserve a specific site (if available.)
All reservations for nightly and weekly require a deposit equal to the first night’s stay (nonrefundable) balance due at check-in.
Reservations are required to guarantee a site. FCFS
Site-stored RVs will be charged $275/month plus monthly electricity.
LP Tanks in RVs can be filled on-site.
